# Fees & Monetization

* There is no upfront cost to set up an SPV.
* There is a $50 mint fee per NFT.
* US based individuals who buy NFTs are personally responsible for covering [Blue Sky fees](https://www.colonialstock.com/blue-sky-state-filing-fees.htm) for their State.
* Venture Club receives 1% ownership in SPVs.
* As the Deal Lead, you can receive a fixed ownership in the SPV as a fee.
